The Pathway to Leadership

Most of SRSS’s work is done by volunteers and we are interested in having a diverse group of scholars, from a range of social science disciplines, to serve on our committees and on our elected Council. If you are interested in serving on a committee or in an elected position, we invite you to take the following steps:

1. Make sure your membership is up-to-date by sending an email with your complete name and affiliation. If your membership lapsed prior to 2020, you will need to rejoin SRSS.
2. Update your membership profile by registering. We use the demographic and academic discipline information to cultivate diversity in our leadership as outlined by our strategic plan.
3. Let us know that you're interested.
