Plagiarism Policy

Al-Wābil regards plagiarism as a very serious offense. It is an illegal form of copying. Plagiarism is defined as the unacknowledged use of the work of others as if this were your own original work. Please be aware that we check all submitted manuscripts for plagiarism. We use Turnitin, the leading plagiarism detection system, to check for similarity to previously published documents. The Journal editors will run a plagiarism check for the submitted manuscripts before sending them to reviewers. We do not process any plagiarized content. If a manuscript has over 19% plagiarism based on the result of the Turnitin check, we will send back the manuscript to the author to be revised for the plagiarized contents. All manuscripts containing plagiarism, including self-plagiarism, and dishonesty will be declined.
